Product Review: SnoozeShade: Does This Come In My Size?

You know what I miss the most from my pre-mommy days? Earplugs and eye masks. I used to use both to sleep in noisy New York City. I would block out the world and sleep like a baby.
Sigh. Those days are long gone. I can't wear the earplugs any more or else I'd never hear Baby Mo.
I was reminded of that when I was reviewing the SnoozeShade, a one-size-fits-all stroller cover to keep the sun out of little ones' eyes. This thing is neat! If it could please come in the size of my king-sized bed, I would gladly use it! But then I run into the same problem: I would snooze all day and no one would care for my toddler.
The SnoozeShade fits pretty much any stroller and keeps the most harsh light out of your little one's eyes. At first I thought it would be way too opaque and it might scare Baby Mo. Not the case! The black mesh let in enough light that he seemed fine with it. It is double layered so you can choose to unzip a peep hole to let the baby see more light.
The photo doesn't do this justice. It looks like an oppressive stroller burka. It isn't. It really does block out just the most harsh sunlight.
I use this on my City Mini when walking on especially bright days, such as a beach trip in Ocean City, Maryland. I also used it as a window shade on a long road trip, which was handy.
Nathalee and I both recieved samples of these and she really enjoyed using hers on her Bumbleride Indie. The Velcro and elastic design make this handy for any stroller or carrier on the market. And it is light and portable so easy to keep in the bottom carrying space when you don't need it.
This would make a great gift for new moms and moms-to-be this holiday season. It costs $34.99.
